The site provides an opportunity to create a sustainable, landscape led and transport-oriented development. Proposals are well considered for its surrounding context with provision for a new local community hub, footbridge, a mix of housetypes and tenures providing high quality and accessible homes for all residents and ages. All housing will be designed to echo and complement the local Aylesbury Vale architectural vernacular with a drive towards local distinctiveness. The development will sit comfortably within its local setting with key visual corridors, enhancements to landscape assets and additional landscaped areas.
